The book industry is currently experiencing unprecedented changes in the supply chain and shifts in sales channels. Similarly, our Lightning Source business is adapting to exceptional volume, changes in the nature of orders, and additional safety practices in our manufacturing facilities.

As a result, we’re required to further extend the turnaround times for U.S. print orders, beyond what was communicated last Friday. We expect to be back to traditional operating turnaround times in a few weeks and appreciate your business and support during this challenging time.

Current Turnaround Times for Short Run & Drop Ship Orders

•	U.S. orders for paperback books are estimated to print in 10-12 business days
•	U.S. orders for hardcover books are estimated to print in 12-14 business days

We encourage you to submit orders as early as possible in order to allow for any extra time needed for production. Please contact us should you have any questions.
