Board Books, Picture Books & Easy Readers
Anyone want to tag along as Duck & Goose Go to the Beach? I do, and I hope to find some Mermaid's Shoes while I'm there. I'd also like to take part in Flight School.

Look over there—It's an Orange Aardvark! and he just might turn out to be a Pet for Fly Guy. I'm kidding. But, what a Surprise to find out that Pigeon Needs a Bath! after visiting the Berenstain Bears' Lemonade Stand.

Nonfiction
Who says research is boring?! Not with these fun encyclopedias and reference materials. Disney fans can get information about their favorite characters and aircraft. LEGO enthusiasts can get the scoop on LEGO Friends characters and the LEGO Star Wars galaxy in library-friendly editions. Kids can identify birds, read about bizarre events, or just learn about everything in general!

Fiction
For June, the monster juvenile fiction release is book 7 of Dork Diaries. Less high profile, but certainly as fun, is a new mystery featuring our favorite primate detective—Murilla Gorilla! And from mystery to adventure, a stand-alone novel is coming from Jude Watson (aka Judy Blundell)--hijinks, heists, and high-octane fun abound in Loot. Lastly, we want to put debut author S. E. Grove on your radar; she has mad world-building skills and original concepts your patrons will be enthralled with.

Speaking of debuts, two wonderful teen contemporary novels are coming in June—Trouble and Say What You Will, both perfect recommendations for fans of Rainbow Rowell. Also, the final book in Bardugo's superlative Grisha trilogy releases, and sophomore effort from 2014 Morris Award winner Kuehn, already garnering 2 starred reviews. Looks like the Morris committee called that one!

Graphic Novels
In teen graphic novels, Shackleton: Antarctic Odyssey tells the story of Shackleton's expedition.
